COOKING COURSES

THE KITCHEN – is a special and mysterious place. In our Kitchen, the guests are allowed to take a look into this magical world, and what’s more, the Chef reveals the basics. During our courses, you will get the essentials of the basic ingredients, types of meat, cooking methods, do’s and dont’s, etc. in an informal and interactive way.

NAWA Cooking Course - on Julia Clild's recipes will take place at THE KITCHEN on 11March from 10.30 am.

In 2010 we organize courses for pre-fixed groups of 4-8 persons, adapting to their interest and timing. So, if you have few
friends around and you are interested in the above topics or else - e.g. Introduction to the Hungarian Cuisine - call or
send an e-mail and we'll fix it for you at a convenient time.
The courses are held by our chef, Ottó Laczkó, a World Cup winner masterchef.
